Acupuncture: A non-refundable initial payment of $125.00 due at time of scheduling appointment is required to hold your appointment.
FootBaths: non-refundable fee $40 due at time of scheduling appointment.
Iridology: non-refundable fee $150.00 due at time of scheduling appointment.
Please be advised this office does not accept insurance. We are not providers for any insurance company. If your insurance company claims to cover Acupuncture you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
To optimize yours and other patients experience please keep cellphones on silent and small children are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
I value our time together and appreciate your honoring our 24-hour cancellation policy. By respecting this policy, you are allowing other clients the opportunity to utilize available appointments if they become open. A cancellation fee equal to the value of your appointment may be charged to your account if we are not provided with a 24-hour notice.
Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 2 pm Friday.
